    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? -- Yes! I ran three Ks today! It's the longest I've done since I started recording distances & times.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? -- Yes!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? -- Yes!

    aaaaannnndddd.... I lost 0.9kg or 2 lb since my last weigh in. THANK YOOUUUUUU UAC!!!

    *Febuary challenge* Exercise for 40 minutes - Yes indeed! 30 minutes cycle, 30 minutes run, 30 minutes horse riding :)

    Today was a bad day in general. Without UAC its unlikely I'd have stuck to my diet and I certainly wouldn't of exercised. Thank you.

    Today was a bad day in general. Without UAC its unlikely I'd have stuck to my diet and I certainly wouldn't of exercised. Thank you.

    It will get easier...One day at a time, One meal at a time, Will l,end to one pound at a time!! :drinker: Stay strong!! Stay focused!!
