I thought I would be over when Hubby took me to a BBQ place for lunch, but I ordered a chicken platter instead of pork and gave him half of both of my sides since he hadn't eaten any breakfast. The chicken kept me in the green and it was really quite good. I think I like it better than the pork. :bigsmile:0 -

Lifted weights early in the day. Helped me to get a jump on my steps (which tend to be really bad when I am in "weekend mode").

Found a place to live near Dallas today!! It seems like a nice area and has a good standing with the local police and sheriff department. Moving next Thursday, so it is bound to be quite frenzied here!!!
I tried the MFP app on my pnone, but couldn't figure out how to add more than 1 item at a meal. I am so 'smart phone illiterate!!!' The phone is honestly much smarter than I am!!!! lol0 -

Had a very busy week, there are some new job possibilities, let´s see if any of them works out. The scales haven´t moved since I´ve started Christmas damage control and I´m starting to be a bit frustrated about it ... nicer weather would certainly help as I could start riding my bike again...

@mrsmossman stress eating is a huge problem for me too, try to have some healthy snacks around you only, for example, during these last days, I just love pomegranate seeds
