I'm out again, and in record time this month. Maybe I need to rethink my calories.

Hope you are able to figure out your calorie needs. I know that's one of the hardest things to het just right!! Let MFP do it for you. Start with a slow loss at first (.5 pound). Then try to not eat ALL you workout calories back. YOU DESERVE THIS!! :flowerforyou:0 -
