This is a pretty good one. It is a chair workout but it works you out pretty good.

has anyone tried TRX? it is pretty quiet and a GREAT workout! lots of videos on youtube and other resources on the web to help find different exercises. can fit over any door
I get bored easily and I have had a lot of fun with TRX! so many different things you can do to keep challenging yourself anywhere from beginner to advanced.0 -

I've never done TRX, but on your recommendation, I googled and youtubed it and found some workouts to try. Look like I need to order another piece of equipment...here I come Amazon.com! :blushing:

the TRX system that I got off Amazon even came with a picture chart of exercises you can do so you don't need the videos online, but like I said before I get bored easily and so the more variety for me the better thanks for posting these links! 0
