Guess I am out this month miss yesterday because there was to much tooth pain, root canal done today.

Thankfully shoveling really allows for a lot more wiggle room as far as calories go. I would have been way over even though I did my normal elliptical workout in the morning. Plenty more snow dumped here if anyone wants to earn more calories you are welcome to clear my drive... lol!0 -
