Rest day from the gym so the dog got her walk in the park in. We go for a walk around the neighborhood most evenings but I don't log those as extra exercise.............we sort of just saunter along so she can visit her friends. When we go to the part twice a week we walk fast and it's a hilly trail so I count that. She loves to go there!0 -

Today was tough since we went to a movie AND Olive Garden for dinner! Hubby actually asked BEFORE the move if I was going to take my walk before or after the movies! Smart choice I chose before so I was actually able to get a treadmill workout too,yay!0 -
