Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes. 30 minutes of strenght training with free weights at home, before leaving for work + 32 minutes spinning class at lunch time. I did not feel like going but I went and I felt soo good after.

I can remember when I first started Zumba, I would leave the class with the reddest face and sweating like cray. I was soooo scared I went home and googled my systems. I found out that it was a good thing and made me feel so much better!! YOU CAXN DO THIS!! :drinker:0
