My goal for February is 50 miles!
2/2 - ran 10 miles
2/4 - ran/walked 1.9 miles
2/5 - walked 1.7 miles
2/6 - ran 2.9 miles, spun 4 miles
2/8 - ran 5 miles, did 1 miles fun walk/run with my kiddo!
2/10 - ran 3 miles - done until my half on Sunday!
2/16 - ran 13.1 miles!!!
2/18 - walked 1.7 miles
2/20 - walked 1.7 miles
2/21 - walked 1.7 miles
2/22 - ran 3 miles

Only one person hasn't moved at all. :grumble:
The majority of us are behind pace, but not seriously behind. I'm ready to see some serious final week @ss moving! If not, I may have to create Sadistic Saturday and start beating people until they move their @sses :laugh:

Ok, I figured we're all getting tired of my comparisons to the circumference of planets, so today's stat is that we have pledged enough miles this month to travel the entire length of the Great Wall of China with some to spare. That's 13,171 miles. So far we're at 9,046 miles so we have some moving to do to get to the end. Come on folks, who doesn't want to be able to say they virtually walked the whole Great Wall?
As for me, I'm feeling just fine after my long run and managed 4+ fitbit miles yesterday. It's 50F outside (!!!!) so I'm about to leave all you lovely folks and my home improvement project, and go get myself some fun in the sun!

Another gorgeous day here and because of that - i reached my goal today!
February 22nd - 15 miles
February Total - 155.7 miles
Goal - 150 miles
Over goal - 5.7 miles
Yes, i set my goal lower this month because I am now playing more tennis and doing weight training 3 times a week.
Missed my goal in January because of that - so set it lower so it was doable! Happy day - will add to this i hope before the
month is out.

Dave - I was focusing on getting the 1.2 miles to reach my goal during my shift in the wee hours - doing laps around the hall with my phone and earbuds. I turn the corner and could hear there was an announcement overhead but not what it was. Saw everyone looking at me and figured it was a "stork code." On Labor and Delivery it's called when a baby is trying to deliver itself outside of our unit. I was the triage nurse last night, so I'm one of the designated people to run to it. This one was in the lobby. It usually never works out because the patient is almost always on the move and she was up in the elevator before I got to the lobby. Other people took over, she delivered in a minute and I finished my laps. :happy:

Im also 1.7 lbs from maintenance, and have several amazing NSV's this past week. I haven't been able to run for a few days as I on antibiotics that make me feel crappy and weak, So walking has been it when I can, but will try to get some more running in for this last week of the month.

WoW! Two whole days in a row for outdoor cycling. There is this thing in the sky, first thought it was a UFO, well come to find out it is the SUN. Something I have not seen in a month. Well I have made goal :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: (thank goodness) and maybe more if the crappy weather holds off for a few more days. Nice way to start off a new calendar week.
