I'm going to keep doing this cuz it helps me.

Water - try to drink at least 64 oz of water a day (8, 8 oz glasses)

30 minutes of intentional exercise everyday

3 servings of veggies every day. Two should be non-starchy veggies (potatoes, corn and carrots are starchy)

Fitbit/pedometer users - 5,500 steps a day. The steps aren't as hard as I thought they would be IFF I go somewhere/leave the house. Wandering around Costco or Walmart extra times while shopping (or just looking around) is a decent amount of steps. I need a bigger place, maybe one with stairs...

    My pelvis has been bugging me for a long time, but really started being annoying on the 15th...
