Did you know it takes 21 days to form a new habit? What is that one bad habit that you keep telling yourself you need to stop doing? It doesn't have to be fitness or health related. Please share. I would love to hear from each of you.

    Alcohol. Went 42 days without a drop. Now in much more control of my life.

    One bad habit I have is Pepsi. :love: Diet or reg. I'll take it either way. I have not had any for 4 days, so hope I can get thru the 21 days . I do retain a lot of water from drinking it. Which is uncomfortable so you'd think I could give it up cold turkey. One good thing is I like to drink it when I have a burger, pop corn with butter, and pizza. So far I have not had any of those so better to stay away from them for awhile to see what happens. I keep telling myself I can do this.....................
