Appreciate the challenge. I would not have exercised today without it.
I find that all the time. I don't know why the danger of having to fess up to failing is so motivating, but it and thats cool.
Completely agree!! There have been more days than I want to admit that the only reason I got my exercise in was because of this challenge!!0 -

Last month was the first time I was trying out this challenge and I found it very beneficial. I had difficulty finding the March challenge. Well, today I found it and I am joining in.

Had an impromptu afternoon at a local watering hole with my love. Its been a long winter, and he has been so wonderful taking care of me. So nice to be out, enjoying a few beers and apps and his company. No talk of illness, doctor appointments, or medications. Life seems normal again. Over calories, yes. Worth it, Hell yes!
