First week of challenge

So yesterday started the challenge!
I got in 30 minutes of lower body work and 66 minutes of cardio (one was beginning kickboxing and the second was a walk with strength training thrown in).
Today, I am likely to not go over as much as I have a lot on my plate on Thursdays.
What about everyone else?

Hello and Welcome!!! We today I plan on going to the gym to put in at least 45 minutes mixing it up between the elipticle and treadmill. i spoke to some co-workers today and we are going to also work it in our scheuldes to walk during our lunch period at least 3 times a week. Another successful challenge day! I planned a 60 minute work out but it got delayed until after dinner. So after church and eating out with my family, my husband and I spent an hour or so working out. Elliptical is awesome for burning off dinner!0 -

March 9- This was my rest day from formal exercise, but I still did hours of shopping. We had to go to home depot for a whole list of things and to Walmart for another list of things. I am hoping next weekend we will actually get to the improvement projects we have planned now that we have the stuff we need.
March 10 -- 60 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes strength training.0 -
