    I am pretty strong and like to be active, so at 65 kg I think I should be happy, but I will wait to see when I get there. I think if I maintain my muscle/fat ratio I'll be one happy lady.

    I think we're pretty close! I'm a little shorter than you but my goals are similar:

    I've been an athlete my whole life. I don't get skinny when I eat right and exercise--I build muscle! I've fallen off the exercise wagon over the last year since I've gotten a desk job, but I'm working my way back.

    I am an inch shorter but fairly similar!

    GW: 140-145

    I am also fairly strong and enjoy being active. I am more focused on toning and keeping my muscle and slightly reducing my BF%. I plan to re-evaluate once I get to 145 and see if I want to try to maintain or lose a little more. I will send a friend request, add me if you'd like!

    Hey I just joined this group. It's my first one. Anyway, finding a twin is proving tougher than I thought! I've been scrolling for ten minutes now. So I'll just leave a post.

    I don't have a "goal weight". My goal is to feel good again. Feel healthy and energized like someone my age should feel. I'm going by size and figure not weight.

    If I had to guess what I'll weigh when I do feel good again it would probably be around 170-180.

    I haven't found anyone anywhere near my height so I guess I'll keep looking! :)

    2 boys (4 yr & 2 yr), work out 5-7 days a week. Bootcamp 3 days a week, running 4-5 days a week. I need to get my eating back in check- It's been way off since the holidays, it's getting better, but I'm still way off.

    Hi, I'm not new but I don't think I ever posted in the group after I joined (long story short, I wasn't on MFP for about a year immediately after joined the group).

    Height: 5ft 4in (ish)
    HW: 180lb
    CW: 154-ish lb
    GW: 130-ish lb

    I have one kid. Most of my workouts consist of yoga, Wii Fit Plus, Zumba, light weights use, and walking, but I randomly do other things like pilates, fitness DVDs (30DS type stuff), and other dance things.

    I hate cardio :) I prefer to strength train but do so at home, no gym funds.
