Mar. 2nd: 2.5 miles (Stationary Bike)
Mar. 2nd: .75 miles (Swimming)
Mar. 3rd: 12 miles (Spin)
Mar. 6th: 15 miles (Spin)
Mar. 7th: 12 miles (Spin)
Mar. 10th: 12 miles (Spin)
Mar. 11th: 1 mile (Running - Drills)
Mar. 13th: 15 miles (Spin)
Mar. 14th: .75 miles (Swimming)
Mar. 14th: 3 miles (Stationary Bike)
Mar. 16th: 4.5 miles (Running)
Mar. 20th: 15 miles (Spin)
Mar. 22nd: 7.5 miles (Running - Outdoors)

For yesterday March 23rd. Finally the hubs went for a ride with me!! 6.3 bike miles for a total of 151.3 for the month.

I'm sidelining myself for now...I've been feeling like crud and my doc did blood work, and I'm anemic and vitamin d deficient. No wonder I'm so tired!! So I won't make goal and I really want to get some miles in, but I know it's not smart to over push either. I'm going to my doctor later today. Fingers crossed walking is fine!!0

I will be lowering my goal next month as I have a family vacation in April where I won't get much of a chance to run (well except for the marathon at the beginning of the vacation :laugh: ) so will tag on a few (easy) miles to the end of March to make up for that!

I've upped my daily steps goal to15k - then totally missed it on Sunday and had to get on the stationary bike (no headwind there!!). It means of course that my estimate for this month will be out.
Inspired by @JTH I have publicly stated that I am going to participate in this years round of 'Race for Life' - it's only 5k, but I've got to start somewhere LOL. I've impressed myself last week running intervals on the treadmill - 6 miles an hour no less!! 12 months ago I was lucky to walk at 3 miles an hour - how times change.

Goal!
This is the first month I've tracked only running miles and not Fitbit miles. I started tracking running miles on my own the beginning of the year - in January I ran 47 miles and in February I ran 46, so 45 seemed like a safe goal for this month. Anxious to see how many bonus miles I can run!
