Here we go again - another month, another 1000 mile targetMarch Miles: 1042.96

Big fall today. Carrying bike over footbridge, stepped on a patch of black ice, landed on bike and carried on down 4 metal steps. Got off fairly light with a knackered shoulder, rather sore on the ride home
DCMAT - Oh no! You're having a rough day or two!! First your bike gives out and now you. Hope you're okay. Probably be even more stiff tomorrow or the day after.

All in all, I walked 2.4 miles and ran 3.2 miles today. I had a fairly good day.

I'm not at home on my regular laptop, so I can't update my ticker ... but
Sunday, got in a 0.2 mile walk with my father-in-law... slow and steady for him. It was nice to just walk around the block with him.
Monday - added 22.2 miles on the bike.
Not sure I'm going to make goal this month, but I'm sure going to try. I think with these miles, I've got about 75 to go.0 -

20.8 miles added on the bike.... I actually think I might make goal this month... it wasn't looking so pretty a few days ago, but geeze, I hate not meeting a goal, so I added a spin class today (Tuesday is usually my day "off"). I am really thankful for this challenge group because without it, I most likely would NOT have gone to class today.0

Sweet! With today's afternoon walk, I just passed my previous record month of 125.5 miles (set in January of this year) by 3 miles and I still not only have a spin class tonight but 6 more days in the month to keep pouring on the miles!! :drinker: WOOHOO! BRING IT!
