I'm currently doing Stronglifts 5x5 3-4 times a week, Ripped in 30 4-5 days a week, and Turbofire 2-3 days a week; I also walk my dog for about 45-80 minutes around 4 days a week (really when it's nice out, because he hates the rain). I gave myself break from working out and dieting. I found it too had to stick to my diet until April. I started my calorie deficit at the end of January and lost 5 pounds. Plus I couldn’t ignore my body’s need for a break. My legs were so tight I was walking with a limp last week.
I’m feeling refreshed and ready to get started again. 5 weeks left to loose 10 pounds.
