    11.120 steps
    No push-ups
    Done squats
    Jumping jacks
    Planks

    25 Squats
    25 Jumping jacks
    20 second plank

    Do all four exercises 3X (you can do it back to back or throughout the day).

    Done them all also got in my water and logged in everything I are. I also walked 17,593 steps

    A little late joining but I got day 1 in and if I can walk tomorrow I will try and get day 2 and 4 so I can catch up with the group.
