What a day! I'm 'babysitting' a 4 months puppy for the next few days! I feel like I have kids again but what a heart breaker!!!! It's too cute for how its own dang good!! If I didn't already have a dog, cats, horses, hens & rabbits, I would seriously think about keeping it!!
So.... I walked 7 miles today while working outside & walking/running after/with/without/over/beside/in front/behind the pup.:laugh:

Gym today. Stationary recumbent bike - interval program. Oh how boring is that, TV's not working right, but what should I expect out of a Park and Rec gym. Sadly, loaded up on pain killers, stupid arthritis.

Just because we don't always remind you if you forget, doesn't mean we've changed what we want to see in each post. :flowerforyou: Sometimes when we're updating the spreadsheet, we're horrendously tired (and I mostly mean me with my 1:00-3:00am updates :yawn::bigsmile:...Janet has a much more responsible sleep schedule lol) and we don't feel like taking even more extra time to send you a personal note asking for totals in the future.
Forgetting once in a great while is not a big deal...don't sweat it. Doing this job of updating the spreadsheet day in and day out, Janet and I have a pretty good handle on who is good about remembering and who isn't. But also don't take it personally and get your undies in a bunch if we mention it and ask you to remember to include your total, Mmmmmkay? :flowerforyou:

1. Set your goal and post it to the thread....distance ONLY (Miles or KMs) - NO minutes, NO # of workouts, NO # of steps - DISTANCE ONLY.
2. Make your ticker if you want to use one (see directions below or in the FAQ thread) or add your goal to the thread.
3. Get moving your @ss starting Tuesday, April 1st.
4. Post as often as you can to the thread so we can keep the sheet (see link below) up to date. You are welcome to report what you are moving each time BUT please make sure you post the TOTAL miles moved each time you update.

I'm up uncharacteristically late tonight (trying to be more like Dave :laugh:). Probably because I was busy all afternoon having an early Easter dinner before my son leaves again and now I'm playing catch up. Ate more than I would normally, but I did get in a run before. Adding 3 miles. Happy Easter to any of you getting up for sunrise service - I think I'll still be in bed.
