Hope everyone had a great week. Small loss, but still in the right direction.

I's been a bit of a rough week due to illness. Antibiotics and other meds have me feeling very bloated. Eating wasn't too bad but a couple of days were a few hundred calories over the calculated limit.
actually lost 0.5 lb but since I don't report the decimal places it appears as no loss.

Tim, I weighed myself again this morning and was down to 259 lb. Could you use that number instead of 260?

Hey, good morning and happy Thursday to all.
Sorry there was no chart last week. Toddhbrown and I were on the road and boy-o-boy does it reflect on my weigh-in this week. I don't know whether to scream or cry. I have been on here for almost 1,200 days straight. What do I have to show for it? A whopping 5.6 pound loss total. I'm not sure what the Hell is going on with me and my motivation or rather lack of motivation. I have got to, got to, got to pull my head out of my a** and get with it.
Let's see what next week brings.
Not a lot of activity on here but for this chart Toby takes the top spot. Way to go buddy. Jason continues to head in the right direction and I packed on over 3 1/2 pounds in the last 2 weeks.

Howdy men. Darn, 3 weeks in a row only 3 of us send in updates. I hope it picks up as Spring and Summer progresses.
Fantastic news from Jason in a really, really outstanding job on his success. I am trying to keep you accomplishments in front of me to help push and motivate me along this path. Well done.

Sorry I've been gone about a month. Went on Spring break to San Francisco (fun day of wine tasting in Napa), then to a conference in Spokane and got out of the habit of updating MFP.
LWW = 202.4
CWW = 202.1
Loss = 0.3
Didn't realize I pretty much held steady all that time. That's good, now I need to try to make some progress.0 -

I hope you are all having a great week. 4 of us posted this week and NO gains!!! WooHoo!!! Jason continues to kick all our butts, but at least we are heading in the right direction.
I really thought I would have a more impressive loss this week. Went back to logging and making sure I got some exercise in. Maybe it will just take bit more time before it starts to reflect at the scales.
Keep on the lookout for any men you think may be interested in joining the group. Remember that an invite needs to be sent since it is a closed group though.

Got the all clear to resume playing racquetball from my surgeon. It's been about 8 or 9 months. Time to leave some sweat and poundage on the court.

Out of the habit of checking in. Other bad habits resurfacing, on the scale this morning and I gained a couple pounds.

We had 4 updates this week and Jason is once again just blowing the doors off this thing. Simply amazing job buddy.
Welcome back to Tim J. We will do this thing together. I have found some of my lost mojo and sending all the good vibes your way that I can. Summer in the Pacific NW is almost upon us so we can shake off those gloomy months of crappy weather and get back out there.
Dave had a little stumble this week but I have no doubt that will be reversed next week.
This was my best week in a long while and I hope it is just the beginning.

I would like to welcome BJ to the thread. BJ, feel free to post a little something about yourself and everyone else feel free to give a warm welcome. Huge congrats on being this week's top gun in the weight loss too. Also, just posting your update here in the thread is perfect. No need to pm me.
We all have stories of how we got to where we are. Those that are "friends" of mine know my story from the "About Me" portion of my page. I've gotten to know some of you pretty well. That is what I like most about MFP. I've met a few and am looking forward to meeting some more.
I had a decent weight loss a couple of years ago and have unfortunately gained most of it back. It is on it's way out again. Looking forward to my weight lost ticker to steadily increase.
Jason, you are not the biggest loser this week but you are still going in the right direction. You have been on fire and I am inspired by it.
Dave, I knew you would quickly get rid of the weight you gained last week. Nicely done!!
Taco, as soon as you get back settled in, I'll be expecting to see your updates.

Yeah, i was cruising till about 2-3 weeks ago, seems to be a struggle now. Not sure why, just seem hungrier lately.

Hi all!
I am a 37 yr old father of 3 and husband to a great woman, just trying to get into shape and in better health so that I can enjoy some outdoors with my family. Like I had previously said I know my weight was as high as at LEAST +340lb (my scale only went to 338). I really got tired of "breaking a sweat" just walking around the store. Not to mention my blood pressure and sugar I know was out of whack. I mean when you can take 1 bite from a piece of bacon (or just smell it for that fact) and you can feel your BP rise, it is time for a change. My first goal (and it is a huge one for me) is to get below 300lb! I realize to most 299-298lbs is still a lot but to me I ould feel like I accomplished something huge. Kind of at this moment feels like it is taking FOREVER to reach it too!0 -
Ok when you hit bottom, there is no where to go but up right?
I hit 340 Sunday, which is only 3 pounds short of my highest recorded weight ever. So, I tuned up my bicycle and will be riding it or walking to work from now on. If that doesn't work, I will get my gym membership renewed.
As Tim D mentioned a couple of weeks ago, summer weather is coming so time to get out and move. Let's do this.
