4/7/14= 233 - off to a slow start. I was down lower last week but back up over the weekend. Hoping for better things in the coming week.

I saw some losses with inches as well. My face, I think, is starting to look a little different now. I am also bleeding again, for the third week in a row and in five days is my usual time. I'm setting up an appt. with a doc to figure out what's going on. My goals have been reset and my daily calorie goal is lower now. I'm going to see how I adjust to the new goal MFP has put up for me.

4/18/2014 - 240.4 (-3.4) Back on track, even though I'm not where I started the month or where I thought I'd be, however, I will finish strong.
4/25/2014 - 238.4 (-2) however the month total is down 0.2 lbs, finally showing a loss for the month
4/30/2014 - last day of the month falls on a Wednesday, so I may have this as a 'bonus' weigh in0 -

4/18/14= 291 (-2.6 lbs.) Finally a decent loss - might be seeing a light at the end of the stall tunnel!
4/25/14= 292 (+1 lb.) Sigh...two steps forward, and two steps back. Oh well...here's to May!!0 -

I didn't lose anything around my waist this week, but I lost everywhere else. I added another photo to progress gallery. I like the losses I've had this month, but in the back of my mind I'm going, "Not gonna stick. Not gonna stick." I think if I keep plugging along that little voice is going to be proven wrong. I have a metabolic screening this morning (minus thyroid function test - that's on the 12th) and am waiting for it as I can't eat until I get back from it (9-10).

Ok stalled. Been kinda lazy lately. I have been healed up enough to exercise and haven't. I really was hoping that the exercise yesterday would be enough to move the scale off of 253.0, but no go. So back to the grindstone and full speed ahead.

You started April at 294, and last week had 292, that's not two steps forward and two steps back that's 2 lbs less to loose in May! Your loosing weight at a steady pace and your making those changes! I am sure you are anxious to get to that 100 lbs mark but 85+ lbs in less than a year is not two steps back! You got this!0 -

This month was a flop for me. I got sick at the end of last month and had a huge drop. The next week I was up 7lb, when I was feeling better to 229. As of today I'm back down to 224 but :grumble: I'm NOT happy this month. Plus I've been off and on sick for 2 months. I'm starting to wonder if I've developed allergies, because how can I keep getting this headcold? I'm finding it very hard to stay motivated this month and I'm getting through it by gritting my teeth. This better ease up next month. I'm feeling a bit short tempered.0 -

Great job to everyone! The month is over and behind now, whether it was good or bad. To fall back an old cliche it's not about whether you gain or lose it's how you go about it that's important. Each one of us did out best on any given day that was in front of us. Sure, things may or may not have worked out as planned, but we got through it. The goal is not to just see only the long-term, but the short-term as well like passing on something that we know will send us off into a binge or rounds of guilt. Everyone, IMO, did stellar this month. It had a holiday in it involving food and sugary goodies and that's okay. Dare to live. Dare to be proud of where you are at this very moment.
