i found the jump squats the worst!!!! total killer!

@naruto i get onto the scale atleast 2-3 times a week. i like to think it helps me take mid-course correction; but honestly its more paranoia that the scale would play its tricks on me! esp with my water retention issues...last time i was on a weight loss mission, i would gain 1-2 kgs overnight! pretty scary stuff!0
