    Rain n hailstorm.... No excercise on wednesday...

    Jasneet@ u did the 100 squat challenge.... It kills... Especially the dip squats....

    i found the jump squats the worst!!!! total killer!

    so my tally is at 403/1080 minutes!

    i am liking this challenge! it is keeping us all very accountable! much more than the weight loss challenge!

    Total 120 minutes for the day

    Minutes done: 780/1440...
    Beyond half way mark.... Yippie
    Miles to go before i sleep...... :smile:
    Havent checked my weight even once this month... Will check at the end of the month..
    But sure am becoming stronger..... :smile:

    and just 404 minutes more to go!

    @naruto i get onto the scale atleast 2-3 times a week. i like to think it helps me take mid-course correction; but honestly its more paranoia that the scale would play its tricks on me! esp with my water retention issues...last time i was on a weight loss mission, i would gain 1-2 kgs overnight! pretty scary stuff!
