Convinced my husband to join me for spin tonight - he'd never done it before. He said he enjoyed it. I'm hoping that maybe he'll want to keep doing it. It would be a fun thing to do together, and they offer childcare at the gym so there's really no reason not to!

Beautiful day Yesterday.:happy: :happy: My daughter and I biked along the Little Miami Bike Trail in the afternoon. It's been a long time since I've biked that far, and now I remember why I should do that more often.
Added 14 miles biking and 5 miles walking. :bigsmile:
