Sorry for not being around a whole lot, but I have been working 8-14 hour shifts at work.
Combined for last week and so far this week: 6.35 (2.8 yesterday, 3.55 last week)

Sorry for not posting every day but I am on holiday
The last two days I walked 7.39 miles
A grand total of 64.19 miles for this month
The walk included walking part way up Mount Etna and walking round the rims of crators on the most active volcano certainly in Europe, if not the world. Great day.0 -

I took it easy yesterday because my calf muscles are a bit tight. :frown: I didn't want to push it and end up with a injury. Still added 3 miles at a pretty gentle pace. We're going to the zoo today, so I know I'll be adding quite a bit there including some pretty steep hills. :happy:

Got 20.1 miles in on the bike.
Going to try a 3.5 mile run tomorrow - it will be my longest one of the year so far... I think I'm going to try to go to a flat neighborhood since I live in hill-central.
HKRISTINE1 - Good luck on your run! Hope it goes well. Know what you mean about the hills. Pretty much any direction I go from my place I have to tackle hills. I live in a river valley. OH, just saw your post that you finished...and with* the hills! Great job!! :drinker:

Saturday temperatures cool and lots of wind. Rode stationary bike and walked in the meadow for 6.67 miles.
May total so far = 56.49.
I seem to be running out of enthusiasm for exercise and calorie watching. The result of following new VEGAN eating plan for 12 weeks is straying BELOW the calorie goal with exercise added in, but usually not below the regular goal. So far I have not experienced "starvation mode" and am still losing about 1.5 lbs. per week. I'll be happy with that!0 -
