Goals of the Week (6/9-6/15)

Hey everyone. I was wondering if you would like to set mini goals for weeks of our journey?
My goals:
1.) Log every single day
2.) Not miss a day of my videos
3.) Drink lots of water
4.) Not to weigh myself until my designated weigh in day. (This one is always a problem for me)

    1. Log in every day
    2. Six days of workouts this week
    3. Consistent calorie tracking.

    My goals this week:

    -Work out 3x (2x Jillian Michaels and 1x Yoga)
    -Bring Home made lunch to work everyday
    -Drink More Water!

    *Start my 5am workouts again (haven't worked out in almost 2 months!)
    *Try really hard to not cheat

    Hi! I have about 30 pounds to lose before my goal weight and I'm ready to make this MY summer.

    My goals for the week are:
    - eat mostly raw (which to me means that I eat raw except the occasional eggs or yogurt when I feel like I need it);
    - exercise every day;
    - no alcohol.

    Hi I want to lose 50-60 lbs. in total. Hopefully 24lbs in 3 months.

    My goals for this week are:

    -Log everyday and include EVERYthing
    -Don't snack after supper
    -Allow one small treat per day (one cookie etc.)
    -Work out at least 4 times (Jillian Michaels 30 day shred or go for small hike)

    Here are mine!

    1) Work out at home Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, a walk doesn't count.
    2) Go to zumba on Wednesday
    3) Burn 3500 calories this week by exercise

    2. drink more water
    3. work out more consistently during the week, I get off track during the week when other things come up.

    My goals till next Monday are to be consistent with workouts. Log and eat mainly nutritious food from home and get good sleep each night.

    My goals would probably be
    1.) do at least 2-3 fitstar workouts 6 days a week
    2.) Lose 2 lbs
    3.) Drink my water of course.
    4.)Stay under my calories
    5.) Enjoy.

    My goals:
    1.) Log every day and every single thing. Good or Bad!
    2.) Drink 8 glasses of water a day, ESPECIALLY on the weekends.
    3.) Be under in Sodium and carbs all week!
    4.) Don't gain during the weekend (hardest for me, i always do. Usually 4-8 lbs)

    Love this idea. My goals are similar to many of yours!

    1) Log every day and stay under my calorie goal
    2) P90X 3 every day
    3) Drink 8 cups of water
    4) Practice mindful eating (don't eat my feelings)

    Great goals every one! But remember to not get down on yourself if you don't complete your goals.

    I started at 10st12.4lbs this week (Saturday).. down to 10st 9lbs now due to massive water weight splurge! Love when that happens.

    My goal weight in general is 119lbs. So I've to get from 149 now..

    Goals for this week:
    1) Drink more water
    2) Exercise every day
    3) Be better at grazing less

    Hallo everyone and lovely to meet you all :flowerforyou:

    I'm Ellie, mum of 3 lovely boys and I work 30 hours a week as a Kitchen Assistant - really difficult job when you are on a diet :sad:

    My goals for the week are:

    * Not to weigh in until Sunday morning,
    * Exercise at least 500 calories Wed, Thu, Friday
    * Drink at least 2 litres of water :wink:

    My goals are:

    1. Jog 6 mornings of each week
    2. No alcohol
    3. Reduce my carbs

    Basically the most difficult one is no alcohol... I may have to cheat for Canada Day :happy:

    Run x 3 a week ( 4.5- 5km)
    Walk or Run during my lunch x 3 a week
    Limited my carbs
    Go to gym x 3 a week
    Do my 30 day ab challenge everyday

    My goals are to do cardio atleast 4x week and try to get started on strength training. That is hard for me. Keep logging everyday on mfp.

    This sounds like a great idea - I know I am a little late for the week, but this is what I will do for the last couple days.

    1 - Drink water
    2 - Walk at lunch time
    3 - Workout out for at least 60 mins a day

    We should post goals for each week to keep us going!
