This month I will get cardio work outs in. According to my fitbit, I averaged under 9000 steps a day and only 8 minutes of cardio each day. This will be a huge opportunity to reach my goal weight. For a bit of vanity trivia, I want to be able to wear the skirt that I wore to my sister's wedding 15+ years ago to her daughter's wedding. Thank goodness for casual weddings and elastic waist bands.0 -
Ok, so June I started off great..went out of town, took a few days off and GAINED :-( . WELL I won't give up, Im back for the next challenge with a renewed focus....

Only a loss of 0.4lbs but I know it's because my nutrition really wasn't there this week. Goal for next week is to concentrate on nutrition and make sure to fuel my body with healthy food and healthy portions.0 -
