    I'm in again.

    SW: 216.4
    GW: Onederland

    Exercise goal: Resistance/weight training 2x/week. I've got cardio down because I moved close enough to walk to/from work everyday. However, that meant canceling my gym membership, so I need to find a way to keep working the muscles.

    CW: 201.4

    A little late posting my results cuz I was out and about this weekend. Didn't quite make it to Onederland, but I did lose 15 pounds. Give me one more week! Also, didn't get the weight training in until nearer the end, but at least ended on a good note there.

    Exercise goal: Didn't finish c25k but followed by own running program... could totally run a 5k now (although a very slow one lol)!!!

    I started on Monday, May 26 since my last weigh was Monday, June 30. I left for vacation at all all inclusive on July 1 through July 6/

    Monday, May 26 - 237.4
    Monday, June 2 - 234.4
    Monday, June 9th - 231
    Monday, June 16th - 227.2
    Tuesday, June 24th - 224.8
    Monday, June 30th - 220.6
    Monday, July 7th - 220.2
    Wednesday, July 9th - 218.4

    GW (for challenge): 219

    I didn't make goal by July 4th but I'm not really upset about it!! I actually still lost weight while on vacation, which is a huge success! AND I made goal only a couple of days later!!!! No officially the lightest I've been in over a decade! WOO HOO!
