**My Goal: Walk 18 miles per week
Monday, July 7th- Walked 2 miles in the am. Planning to walk 2 additional after work.

So far, 2 outdoor miles and 4 indoor miles. I'm finding it a challenge to walk outside because it's hot, even in the morning and evenings, but I'm going to keep trying. Worse comes to worse, and I will make up those outdoor miles with indoor miles.

Treadmill should be fixed this week. My TV and Blue Ray not working. Got new but being electronically challenged, I can't get them to work properly to even get youtube. So....I've been gardening in early morning to beat the heat in an effort to burn some calories.. I am taking my LS dvd to my son's today and will do 3 miles there. :sad:
nonacgp, Gardening will definitely burn some awesome calories, and is lots of fun also! Great idea to keep up with exercising however you can get some in. When I do several gardening hours in the morning I do not do a LS walk that same day. I do hope that you can get your TV and Blue Ray working.

OMG... I had a wonderful walk this morning. We are in for some serious thunderstorms this morning. The skies were darker than usual and there is a strong wind. I did 5.5 miles in record time and here I thought walking into the wind would prove to be too difficult. It was energizing and walking with the wind behind me was as if I was flying. I feel good no...I feel great!! I hope you all have a wonderful day and keep on walking friends.0

Wowza! Everyone is stoked this month. I don't know but I feel as if Alicia Keyes is singing that song about "this girl is on fire" eh? This group is on fire!
As always knowing you all are out there making tracks pushed me the extra two miles today. I had done the fat burn 3 miles with weights and then decided to put on her 2 mile faith walk.
