My goals for this month are the same as last month.
1. lose 4lbs to get me to the 30lbs loss milestone
2. Run 70kms during the month
3. Continue weightlifting 3 times a week
4. Log accurately & stick to my calorie goal plan

August is a messy month for me, I'll be away for half of it for a starters!

Well this was a messy month for me too! I did weight lift 3 times a week & made some gains there, so I can only hope that some of the weight that I gained was muscle & the rest water :laugh: Onward & upward.. New month, new challenges!0 -

I'm pretty happy with August.
1. I lost 7.4 pounds
2. I ran 39.4 miles
4. Did my lifting three days per week
4. Did okay sticking to my calorie goals.
Now to keep it up for September!0 -

I did maintain my current weight, but still haven't completed c25k. Will work on that in September. I wasn't very good with exercising or planning meals either.
