HI I'm Gigi! I have been struggling with consistency. I thought perhaps joining one of the groups would help with support. I hadn't thought about the year ending but it would be really great to get into a smaller dress size for 2015.

Checking in - post birthday and way too much cake. I agreed to a slice of cake and my friend brought me 7 pieces to test last weekend and then this Saturday was my birthday and I had more cake. So sad to say between that and all the other slacking off that I have been doing I am up almost 4 pounds :sad:
So goal for the remainder of August is to get back to where I started at the end of July, I was at 151.4 (unlogged) now I am 155.2.0 -

I'm very late but would like to join.
I'm going to set my goal for 199, would be brill to hit Onderland in time for me going home to surprise my dad and grandparents.

Goal weight: 199 (21st Dec 14)
NSV Goal: Slim back into size 18 trousers and exercise 4 days a week min again.
I weigh in officially Sunday mornings and will update here also.
I'm going to slowly incorporate exercise back into my life as I've not done any properly since March 2013.
