I made the crustless pumpkin protein pies from this site a few days ago. Once refrigerated overnight, they tasted just like pumpkin pie. Good macros too: 45kcals, 7g protein, 4g carbs and 1g fat!

This thread has not been posted in for a while, but a friend suggested this site when discussing high protein meals - some of the stuff looks fantastic - not really a protein powder site at all (although it is used in some recipes) - just higher protein recipes:

Low Carb 4 ingredient nut butter protein cookies:

    1 cup vanilla protein powder
1 cup natural nut butter (I've made with almond butter and peanut butter)
    2 whole eggs
Sweetener to taste (used honey and agave both with good results)

Mix ingredients together and form into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Using a fork moistened with water, flatten balls down in crosshatch pattern. Bake in 350 degree oven for 7-10 min. Be careful, cookies burn easily.

    Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.

Feel free to adapt to taste. I recently added chopped white chocolate to almond butter and it was yummy!!

    Protein powder orange chocolate "mousse:"

1/2 scoop ON Platinum hydro-builder chocolate protein powder
    2 tsp cocoa powder
    1/3 c plain fat-free yogurt
1 packet Trader Joe's Effervescent Orange (vitamin drink mix, like EmergenC)

Mix the first three things together -- may need a little water to get the consistency right, then add the Effervescent orange and wait about 5 minutes -- the drink mix interacts with the yogurt to make it fluffy and orange-chocolate mousse-like. Pretty cool. You can vary the fruit flavor by using a different drink mix.

You can also let it sit for 5 minutes and then freeze it. Tasty and ice-cream like, then.

I make brownies with my protein powder. I play around with the recipie but it is:-

    1-2 ripe bananas
    1/2 cup hemp protein
Cocoa powder (how much depends on the flavour you want)
    Handful of dates to sweeten
    Sprinkle of coconut flour

Mix it all in the mixer. I add a dash of water, then bake on about 175 for about 20 mins. They turn out lovely and fudgy!

    Enjoy!!
