Yipee, I am back to where I was before I went off track in July. With one week of logging and exercise I lost 6lbs of bloat from not logging! Here are my stats
start weight: 157lbs
challenge goal weight: 137lbs
MFP tells me I can only lose 0.9lbs a week but when I was losing before I averaged 1.4lbs a week so I hope I can get back to that loss rate. I am absolutely dying to get under 140lbs because that is under 10st and I always feel so much better there!0 -
I'm workin' on it! Can't wait for Autumn so I can walk outside at lunch. I hate coming back to my desk a sweaty mess!!!

Just to be difficult, my weigh-ins are Mondays. The Health and Fitness person takes my weight every Monday. My back up is the bathroom scale that comes in about the same at the office scale.
