Mini goal for today- only eat 2 of the chocolates out of the TWO BOXES of chocolate that I have just received. Universe, why are testing my resolve by giving me chocolate?0

Ooo! I have a goal! GET TO THE GYM! Do at least 35 minutes of cardio. I drove to the gym yesterday and my husband and I sat and drank coffee and I ended up running out of time to work out. The ultimate in procrastination. Jeez.
What is it with putting coffee shops in gyms - its like they don't want you work out in case you wear out the machines. And the barista gives it "Would you like a pastry with your coffee", of course because my full-fat mocha-latte is just not enough calories, honestly...0 -

Rice milk is pretty good if you're looking for something near to cows milk
I'm not a big fan of dairy free cheese but tofutti isn't too bad
If its just lactose intolerance then there is a brand called Lactofree available in the UK, depends where you are. That's dairy products but with the lactose taken out0 -
my daily mini goals for today and tomorrow:
to walk my dog 2x
to eat healthy
to drink 8 cups of water
Yesterday I :
I walked my dog 2x
I ate pretty but not the healthiest I could of eaten
I drank 8 cups of water
so I accomplished 2 out of 3 goals!
I want to accomplish all 3 goals that I listed from yesterdays mini goal.0 -

Today's mini-goal:
Prepare a healthy meal that i can eat WITH my family. (Son has started daily football practices. He and my husband need X2 to X3 the calories I need.)0 -
1. Take the dog out for a 2 mile walk when I get home from work.
2. Stick to my planned meals for the day
I didn't do either of those! The first because it was so hot out that the dog refused. The second because my food scale broke and I couldn't weigh my foods, so I went with something I already knew the calories of. I did well overall, though.
Daily goals for today:
1. Go swimming
That's it! I just want to focus on that. I've been ignoring the gym and pool for far too long and I just need to focus on getting my butt in the pool. Once I'm there, I'll be fine.0 -

15 min of Stairmaster
of course stay within my calorie limit and work on hitting my daily macros!!0 -

Mini goals for friday:
Wake up at 4am: You must work out in the am today, your working late and won't get a chance to do anything but a walk to the train station later............get on exercise bike and GO! or...do 20min turbo jam vid.
Stick with pre-logged breakfast and lunch.
Beware the dinner: your working late tonight and taking the train home, you WILL be hungry...if you get fast food...make sure to fit it in the calorie goal!!
Oh...and pray the 2 year old sleeps tonight...or a 4am workout will be hell....(but your still doing it!! *points finger*)0 -

Today I'm trying to stay hydrated because I'm having tummy issues. Also it's my gym day so even if I have to take it easy I will still get in a workout today. Not the most aspirational goals but tummy really hurts. Something I ate yesterday is killing me today.0
