    Sept 1 - did well all day. Evening binge.
    Sept 2 - driving a lot today - often leads to a binge.

    I've been a ghost last month, last month didn't go so well.

    THIS month is off to an awesome start. I'm on the tail end of my recovery period after abdominal surgery and I prepped all my food for the day before I left for work. Feels really good. Off to a binge-free start!

(This could just be the away-game advantage as we all know that HippiePotamus doesn't feel the urge to binge when she's spending the weekend with her man).
