Laptop died and of course my milage tracker link was on there, so here is my mile total = 13.320 -
My goal was 3500 plus 25 miles.
I kicked *kitten* in the calories burned area with 11,252, but did not get in the miles. Only finished 19.25 miles. Not what I had hoped.

09/01 Day 1: 872 calories burned (T25 Cardio, 4 miles on bike & gardening)
09/02 Day 2: 663 calories burned (5 miles on ex bike, T25's Speed 101 and 2 mile running on TM)
09/03 Day 3: 1283 calories burned (ex bike for 11 mi., speed walking 4 mi. and T25's Total Body workout)
09/04 Day 4: 907 calories burned (T25's Ab Intervals and MOWING sad )
09/05 Day 4: 1156 calories burned (T25's Double Day Friday plus extra stretching & 10 miles on the ex bike) I thought I may die there for awhile!tongue laugh I plan to rest tomorrow but we will see what the day brings!!
09/06 Day 6: 501 calories burned (3.25 miles of speed walking) Was going to take a rest day but my fat dog NEEDED the exercise and it was such of a beautiful evening.
09/07 Day 7: 0 calories burned ( I did do laundry & washed windows on the outside but I did not wear a hrm for that)

Great job to those who really pushed themselves and especially to those who got over 4k cals...I had to walk while I did laundry the last day to make sure I got my last 100 cals in0
