*****YOUR MODERATOR HERE, JUST AN FYI FOR THE WEEK - THE FINAL WEEK OF THE MONTH ACTUALLY SHOULD BE GOING UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30TH. WE WILL BE POSTING THE FINAL SCORES ON THAT DAY*****
Challenge for the week: burn 2800 calories (400 per day) and EM (Extea Movement) The object of this challenge is EVERY time you achieve an EXTRA MOVEMENT, you get a point! You could get endless points, by taking stairs instead of the elevator, parking at the furthest parking place, walking to the mailbox, going around a building BEFORE and AFTER you arrive (two points) this challenge is to keep you moving!!!!!!!!! To WIN you have to get 2800 calories for the week PLUS the MOST EM!
FOR THIS WEEK, your calorie burn is NOT your main concern. Move move move! Let's have some fun with this, be creative with this! Good luck!

i have a question!.......
just for clarification, we are not counting the calories per se, of our 'extra movement' but rather giving ourselves 1 point for each time we do this?
an example for me....i walked to the gym as opposed to driving. do i count 1 point to and 1 point from OR do i simply give myself 1 point for the day? (so ultimately getting a total of 7 points for the week)
sorry,,,,,i just want to make sure im doing the challenge correctly!

You would get TWO points for that! Each day YOU COULD accumulate AS many extra points! As the week progresses you just keep tack on points! I hope that helps!0 -
