9/22-zero--too tired
9/23 burned 846 calories-treadmill climb60 mins., waked 3.0 mph, 30 mins.
9/24 burned 400 calories-walking slow, 30 mins., walking mod fast, 40 mins., cooking dinner, & cleaning up after, 75 mins. Em: took basket back, walked a block fr entrance, walked 15 mins, both ways to lunch. used bathroom 2 floors down from my office. :noway:
