    Week 4 Goal: 2800 + EM

    09/22 Day 1: 775 calories burned (T25 and ex bike) + 6 EM pts (back & forth to the school office twice instead of paging (2pts), carried the water cooler full of water instead letting the older new lady do it(1pt), walked my cart back to the store instead of parking it outside (1 pt)and offered to run upstairs to get laundry instead of another doing it (2pts).
    09/23 Day 2: 575 calories burned (walking & some lawn work + 8 EM points (2 pts for 1/2 hr of moving heavy food boxes in the walk in freezer, 2 pts for walking to/from the office, 2 pts for taking heavy boxes of meat to the Lord's Table (food for the homeless) & 2 pts for going out & moving the sprinkler 4 times when all I wanted to do was sit in my chair!
    09/24 Day 3 :0 calories burned (did not find time to workout today)but 10 EM pts because I was so busy that I only sat when I ran to the bathroom! Changed out a fridge at work that quit, carried water cooler, walked to/fro to office 3 times, to/fro the parking lot at work, at grocery store & our shop on the farm (trying to find my husband), packed & loaded suitcase, coolers & dogs to go to the cabin to close up for the winter & when I got there I unloaded! Just reading my day yesterday exhaust's me all over again!wink
    09/25 Day 4: 766 calories burned ( doing two T25 workouts with stretching)+ 9 EM pts (walked at our cabin looking for my two little dogs who ran off, cleaned & defrosted 2 freezers & a fridge, loaded all the items in coolers & carried them to the truck, packed away deck furniture, cleaned & closed cabin for the winter, then when I got home I unloaded & put every thing away!
    09/26 Day 5: 153 calories burned (walking pushing my grandson in the jogger) + 5 EM pts ( well I had my 2 grandsons today so I was active with them ALL day going up & downstairs, going in & out of the house, picking up toys & putting back (over & over again) plus we took strolls among the farm buildings just so the youngest (19 mo.) could get farm fresh air!
    09/27 Day 6: 694 calories burned (cleaning for 4 hrs for a bachelor friend) + 2 EM points (walking with my oldest grandson & picking tomatoes from the garden.
    09/28 Day 7: 694 calories burned (96 minutes of carrying & stocking heavy cases of food) + 4 pts for doing the running & carrying of duties at school.

    09/24 Day 3: 5 mile run / 4 mile walk / 15 min strength training / 1195 calorie burn : + 5 EM ( parking @ babies r us, wal-mart, DMV / walking to chiense bread bakery / walking to get mail)

    9/22-zero--too tired
    9/23 burned 846 calories-treadmill climb60 mins., waked 3.0 mph, 30 mins.
    9/24 burned 400 calories-walking slow, 30 mins., walking mod fast, 40 mins., cooking dinner, & cleaning up after,ed to 75 mins. Em: took basket back, walked a block fr entrance, walked 15 mins, both ways to lunch. used bathroom 2 floors down

    9/27 burned 680 calories-treadmill climb 64 minutes.- great workout! Yeah me!
    9/28 burned 316 calories-cooking and cleanup after meals,75 mins. walked moderately fast 40 minutes
