This is where players post their challenge results each week. Deadline in Saturday's Midnight Central. You can post a day or two early, but not later.

So, help a newb out--do we post things this Saturday, or only next Saturday, after the show starts!?
Next Saturday the 18th or a day or two sooner. Whatever works with each player's schedule. You'll be posting something like this:
Cardio: 120 minutes done out of 90 required or simplified to 120/90
Strength 60/60
Within calorie goal for the week: yes or no.
Staying within your calorie goal and completing the minimums will earn you 300 points. 100 for each one.
Then:
Character task completed: yes/no. This will usually earn extra points or cost you points if you don't do it....
There'll be no punishments the first week but after the first winning team is chosen, each player will also add:
Punishment completed: yes/no.
You'll lose points if you don't do the punishment.0 -

When do weekly challenges usually get posted? I plan my weeks on Sunday and I haven't seen anything yet and am just curious how this challenge works.0

the challenges get posted on monday since the show airs on sunday evening. challenges are based on how the characters in the show do every episode - whether they get eaten/kill someone/save kittens from trees/etc.0

Yes. Post your stats here. Some players are motivating their teammates by keeping them posted of their progress on the chat boards, but here is the official place for the final numbers.0
