I use the "aerobics" for anything like that. I feel like it's pretty accurate. I do Turbo Fire and Jillian Michaels.
Thanks I will do that

I'm thinking Michonne's video will be totally un-doable for me being 6 months pregnant. Would it be ok if I did one of the others instead?0

just did the latin dance video = so much fun this week - hope everyone is going well. This challenge has really motivated me. also wondering I have started doing videos from Leslie Sansone walking - you really get a great aerobic workout and she also does some strength training which is great. You can go on you tube and get them for free. Highly recommend this...0

I hope Beth gets found this next episode... boot camp videos are kicking my butt. Been sore for days! If she gets found, crossing fingers for a celebration dance video, lol!0

Is it possible to share the links under the video? For some reason, the video for Carl isnt working for me this week. Any help would be great!0
-
I agree! I am having a nearly impossible time, both on mobile and the computer, viewing the videos. I havent been able to view them at all so links would definitely help if it isnt too much trouble. Otherwise, I might just have to keep doing my own thing.0

So if I no showed last week and I do the Richard Simmons video and the strength and cardio and stay under my calories can I go back to my team next week? I know this info is probably already posted somewhere but I wasn't able to find it.0
