yesterday was awesome - keep up the momentum?

Just sharing I had a good day yesterday - I squeezed in my workout video, stayed under calorie count. At the end of the day when I thought about coconut ice cream, I had just pulled some roast broccoli out of the oven which was soooooo good I didn't want anything else. I still had my square of dark chocolate.

How's everybody doing?

    Great job yesterday Moppet76! It is so hard to resist ice cream cravings so you get double kudos for that one!!

    I had a great day yesterday too! I ended the day with about a 1000 calorie deficit, which is what I am aiming for everyday. I did my P90 workout and felt great afterwards.

    I was in the mode for something sweet so I sliced up an apple and cooked it in the skillet with a tsp of butter, a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, and one sugar packet. Tasted just like apple pie filling with not too many calories! Ate it with some oatmeal for supper!
