8-10 by Thanksgiving!

So, Thanksgiving is *exactly* 4 weeks away. At a healthy rate of 2 to 2 1/2 lbs a week, I'd like to lose 10 lbs by then. Anyone want to join a group for daily exercise/calorie count check-in till then? Emphasis on motivation and healthy eating. I'm not looking for crash diets and quick fixes, just a little extra motivation!
