 @superfox Be proud of your 25 miles! The beauty here is that you choose the goal you can reach, not someone else's expectation of you. I too get a little jealous of the 150-200 miles or more club (And dcmatt is just plain awesome!), but that is not my reality most months. While I have had some great months (for me anyway), my current goal is to do what I can. (But I do enjoy watching everyone else's success too. Big or small, it reminds me I can do it too)0

            @Dave, it was down 20 degrees to 52 today. Am I forgiven? 
 4.2 mile run/walk. If I can log 23 miles of running this month, I'll have hit 150 for 2014, when I started it up again in April. That's mind boggling for me . I do log interval distances - I did a mile, then another half in intervals today, plus all the walking. .
