I got 2.0 more miles of treadmill in tonight and some biking so I should be making goal just fine tomorrow. My back is not 100% yet, but still improving slightly.

I don't think I'll hit my goal this month. My very dear grandma passed away earlier this month and I haven't really felt like exercising since then.

Oh my lord, I think I never posted for December! It was a terrible month (moving-my-*kitten*-wise) for me. Sticking to my previous goal of 25 miles, I have two 2.5 runs on my notepad from earlier in the month and on Sunday (12/28) took the dogs for a 2 mile walk. Total for the month is 7 miles out of 25. I might squeeze in a run tonight if I am not held up at work, but looking forward to seeing you all moving in 2015!0

Well, despite feeling like I might puke (I think I have the flu or some kind of stomach bug), I got 25.3 miles in on the bike, which puts me just over goal for the month - YAY. MTD: 265.75 out of 260.
Again, I am thankful for this challenge. If I hadn't needed those miles to hit the yellow, I probably would have just sat in a chair and led the class instead of riding - but I actually feel a little bit better after getting the exercise endorphins, and I think I'll sleep better tonight for it.0 -
