    I didn't do ANYTHING yesterday! So lazy! This morning I ran for 37 minutes on the treadmill. I'm going to double up on jacks and squats since I missed them yesterday.

    Well this is all working days (Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) 15 min walk to station and 15 min walk back home so 120 in total. But I do not really feel like I am working out though. Maybe I ought to try the squat thingy's

    You could turn that walk into a run, also.

    I'm just starting out, so please don't laugh at my poor 15 minutes! It's 15 more than yesterday. I'm also tracking steps with a fitbit, so that's a plus.

    Oh great - forgot to do the jumping jacks and squats - best put a very large sticky note on the cupboard - better yet a timer on my phone.

    Bonus round: 10 squats with 2X5 dumbbells.
