I am ready for January. I bought 2 new Leslie Sansone walking DVD's for the days when I can't get outside in the daylight.
My goal is for 100 miles / more strength training
Just wanted to let you know you can always find Leslie's dvds on YouTube in case you get bored with the ones you have...just to save you a few bucks. I love walking with her...always feels like I am walking with friends.
