Feel free to add me if you'd like. I recently graduated school and am trying to figure out how find time to cook healthy meals between a full time and part time job. I also struggle with high fat, low protein. I'm not a vegetarian but I don't eat a lot of meat either.

I'm going on a missions project to Colorado, where the elevation is about 10,000 ft. higher than my hometown (yikes!). I would like to loose as much as possible by my birthday.
This month I plan to gradually improve on my terrible eating habits and start some basic exercise.
Month end I will join the gym and amp up the exercise.
My ultimate aim is to be lean, fit and toned by the end of the year.

Twin. I do both cardio and bodyweight training. I hate going to the gym and I have no room to build my own weight training room, so I have to use my body to gain strength.0 -

I'm new to the group and thought this would be a good idea to help with motivation. I'm an excellent motivator of others but can struggle to motivate myself sometimes!

My plan is to loose weight by reducing my portion size and calorie intake (as I'm a bit of an overeater) but not starve. The gym is a struggle for me but I'm determined to go 3 times a week minimum.
I'd like to find a twin from the UK if possible as I would find it easier to get meal tips and ideas and it saves the measurement conversion!0 -

Anyone out there? I used to be very athletic- ran half marathons.... Then I had a bad injury, followed by a long illness so I'm coming back after about 4 years of inactivity.0 -

I do heavy lifting 3-4 times per week with 2 days of 35 mins HITT cardio thrown in there. On a 1700 calorie plan (25% deficit for my height/weight).
Started at 190 lbs and am happy with how far I've come but feeling a bit discouraged. TBH I'm usually hungry and sore and I can barely get the BF or weight numbers to move for the past 3-4 weeks. Drinking plenty of water, getting a ton of rest, taking multivitamins and being consistent with tracking. Plateaus suck hard! Lol. Going to keep trucking though. Patience is a virtue after all.
