    I love cardio and veggies! I'm not looking to tone up right now. I really want to reach my goal weight to see what I look like and what I'm dealing with and then if I feel so inclined I will begin the tone up process.

    Feel free to add me if you'd like. I recently graduated school and am trying to figure out how find time to cook healthy meals between a full time and part time job. I also struggle with high fat, low protein. I'm not a vegetarian but I don't eat a lot of meat either.

    I'd like to get rid of the extra weight and tone up. I would love to be stronger and healthier. Hopefully I can make 2015 a year that I got my butt in gear and in shape.

    Also: I am told by EVERYONE I "look like I'll blow away on a windy day". My mother actually made me weigh in front of her because she thought I'd secretly got down to 120...wth?! I canNOT get to 120 without dying. I'm just not made that way.

    Weight could be more or less, I just would like to be in shape and get myself healthy and toned up. I'm going on a missions project to Colorado, where the elevation is about 10,000 ft. higher than my hometown (yikes!). So mostly I want to work on stamina and cardio things, but also muscle building.

    I would like to loose as much as possible by my birthday.
    This month I plan to gradually improve on my terrible eating habits and start some basic exercise.
    Month end I will join the gym and amp up the exercise.
    My ultimate aim is to be lean, fit and toned by the end of the year.
    I could really use a friend to help me with this journey.

    currently exactly the same weight with the same goal!
    Once I'm under 130 I feel comfortable, but lower 120's make me fit into clothes etc much better.

    Twin. I do both cardio and bodyweight training. I hate going to the gym and I have no room to build my own weight training room, so I have to use my body to gain strength.

    I'm new to the group and thought this would be a good idea to help with motivation. I'm an excellent motivator of others but can struggle to motivate myself sometimes! :smile:

    My plan is to loose weight by reducing my portion size and calorie intake (as I'm a bit of an overeater) but not starve. The gym is a struggle for me but I'm determined to go 3 times a week minimum.

    I'd like to find a twin from the UK if possible as I would find it easier to get meal tips and ideas and it saves the measurement conversion! :smile:

    Anyone out there? I used to be very athletic- ran half marathons.... Then I had a bad injury, followed by a long illness so I'm coming back after about 4 years of inactivity.

    I do heavy lifting 3-4 times per week with 2 days of 35 mins HITT cardio thrown in there. On a 1700 calorie plan (25% deficit for my height/weight).
    Started at 190 lbs and am happy with how far I've come but feeling a bit discouraged. :/ TBH I'm usually hungry and sore and I can barely get the BF or weight numbers to move for the past 3-4 weeks. Drinking plenty of water, getting a ton of rest, taking multivitamins and being consistent with tracking. Plateaus suck hard! Lol. Going to keep trucking though. Patience is a virtue after all.
