    I'm an on again / off again exercise nut job. I can't seem to find my stick to it gene. I look at the body after a shower and want to tone up the thighs, toosh & belly but then the ice cream or whatever sweet calls my name. My sister & I joined a fitness challenge so I'm on again - we have 10 weeks to lose what we can and we earn $3 /pound at a local sports store (it has great clothes that's why I'm in). So I am faithfully logging calories and doing a spin/strength class twice a week & vinyasa yoga once a week. Its only been one week but I'm feeling thinner - but fighting the pull to find a snack is HARD.

    This is the heaviest I've ever been and I don't like how I no longer fit in my clothes!! I was very fit and strong in university, but being chained to a desk and living with my boyfriend for the last five years has really taken a toll! It's time to get fit, be strong and love my body again.

    I've seen this in the forums quite a bit and I thought finding a twin here would be a lot easier seeing as we are all ladies here and we are all considering ourselves to be in roughly the same weight category. Plus I don't know about you but having friends with almost identical goals is pretty motivating for me!! I would love to find some girls on here with goals like mine so we can really help and encourage each other on losing that fat/chub/pudge/jiggle in your wiggle/etc. !!!

    I have an "hourglass" type figure. So far as weight training / toning goes, I am working mostly on lower body at this time.

    Our stats aren't identical but they're close!
    I just had my first baby in June, and although I've lost the baby weight (I gained 50lbs!) I have lots of flab and some rolls left over. Here area numbers:

    Height: 5'4
    Highest Weight: 180lbs (pregnant)
    Lowest Weight: 110 (I was way too skinny!)
    Current Weight: 122
    GOAL: 115 with muscle!

    I'd love to partner up and encourage each other! Feel free to add me :)
