    Jan 8 - travel day....
    Jan 9 - ran around the house after my grandson instead
    Jan 10 - 30 mins stacking wood, 15 mins running on rebounder, 10 squats, 10 jj, 10 pushups.

    1/8- 45 minutes back/biceps/light cardio (0 squats/264 jumping jacks)
    1/9- 50 minutes legs/light cardio (plenty of squats but didn't count)
    1/10- 54 minute cardio class (100 jumping jacks, 57 push ups)

    Total- 149 minutes

    @kayjosh--yes of course, dancing while cleaning counts! Might be double counts, depending on the music. :smile:

    My girlfriends and I have started a fitness challenge as well. They will be using kettlebells, but a prior back injury will prevent me from using them, but I will what I can without them.
