    I am on my 4th day today, Level1. I did 30 day shred before, and other Jillian's workouts. I absolutely love her.

    I can't do pushups anymore as my wrist gave up on me! I have to plank.
    I am so excited about working out again! Just wish I could see results a tiny bit quicker!

    Hi, I just joined this group. I have been doing 30 day shred since Jan1. I am on Day 9 Level 1. Excited to have a group for some motivation. Good luck everyone. We can do this!

    Hi everyone. I started 30DS on Jan 5. I tried it last year but had to stop after 2 weeks because I was having a lot of pain in my knees.

    This time I decided to do it Mon, Wed, Fri, and I've been doing the Bob Harper Weight Loss Yoga on Tues and Thurs along with my elliptical trainer.

    Level 1 completed, started on Level 2 day 1 yesterday! Pushing through.. Man this one is a killer compaired to level 1.

    I'm up to day 7 today (gave myself the weekend off) and I think it's actually starting to get easier! I'll get the hang of it just as it's time to move on to level 2 ;)
    Can't wait to start level 2 though, level 1 is starting to feel a bit repetitive...

    Day 1:Level 2 = Done!
    I actually did the 1st day of level 2 on Sunday, but I skipped yesterday and I really want to do each level 10 days straight, so I started I over. :)

  • Yesterday I started 30DS again. (this will be my third round) I'm using 10 lb weights this time, though. :smile: It was definitely a needed change up -- I wasn't getting the burn with my old weights.. but it kills now! Excited to see my results. :grin:

    Day 5 Level 2 done. Taking tonight off and back at it tomorrow. Gosh, I am exhaused after this level. I have noticed that I am able to keep up but struggle with the full pushups. I only go half way.

    Keep up the great work everyone, readying the thread is motivating!
