Morning all!

Time for the weekly check-in; hope everyone is burnin' and earnin'!

So here's my progress for beginning of week 2:

week 1: 176 lbs
week 2: 173
week 3: 171.5
goal: 156 lbs
progress: - 4.5 lbs lbs

    goal: 135 lbs ~ but I'm in no hurry

    I've raised my calories by 50 again this week so I'm expecting and would like to slow it down. I will probably keep raising in increments of 50 cals until my loss slows to 1 to .5lbs a week. Last time I lost too much too fast, deprived myself and stalled out, so I'm trying to be much more healthier and of course last more than 3 months on paleo. Ideally, I'll be paleo this time next year. Great progress!

    Lost .6#, but the bigger victory is staying free of dairy and junk which are my primary objectives this month!
